These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at www.vincentian.us and any related pages, forms, and online services (collectively, the "Site") operated by Vincentian Collaborative System and its affiliated ministries ("Vincentian," "we," "us," or "our"). About Vincentian
Vincentian is a Catholic, not-for-profit health care and human services organization serving the greater Pittsburgh area. Sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, our ministries include senior living and care communities, a charitable foundation, and child care centers. The Site is intended to share information about our mission, communities, services, careers, and opportunities to give and volunteer.

Information about our communities, levels of care, amenities, pricing, and availability is subject to change without notice. Nothing on the Site guarantees admission, placement, enrollment, or availability of any service. Admission to our senior care communities and enrollment in our child care centers are subject to separate agreements, eligibility requirements, and applicable regulations.
Donations
Gifts made through the Site support the work of Vincentian and are processed through the Vincentian Charitable Foundation or a third-party payment provider. Donations are generally nonrefundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly. We will provide acknowledgment of your gift for tax purposes as required by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your contribution.
Careers and Applications
Job postings on the Site are for informational purposes and do not constitute an offer of employment. Applications submitted through the Site or through a third-party applicant system are subject to review and are governed by that system's terms and privacy practices.
