Vincentian provides a full continuum of care, ensuring residents receive the right level of support as their needs change, all within a trusted, compassionate environment.

Types of Care

  • Independent Living: Maintenance-free living, transportation, daily meals, and life enrichment for active older adults. Available at Terrace Place and Vincentian Villa.
  • Short-Stay Rehabilitation: Post-acute care after hospitalization or a fall to help residents recover and return home. Offered at Vincentian Home and Vincentian Marian Manor.
  • Personal Care: Support with daily living while maintaining independence. Includes meals, social events, and assistance as needed. Available at Vincentian Home Personal Care and Vincentian Schenley Gardens.
  • Memory Care: Specialized care for residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia, with structured activities and trained staff. Offered at Vincentian Home Personal Care and Vincentian Schenley Gardens.
  • Long-Term Care: 24/7 nursing care for residents with medical, cognitive, or physical needs. Available at Vincentian Home and Vincentian Marian Manor.

Intergenerational Programming

Intergenerational practice is for everyone, and Vincentian is proud to be a catalyst for change in how senior living, senior care, childcare, college life, and everything and everyone in between.

An Intergenerational Vision

Vincentian fosters daily interaction across generations, connecting children, students, adults, and older adults in engaging, purposeful ways. Programming is designed using the Five Rs: Roles, Relationships, Reciprocity, Recognition, and Responsiveness.

Students

Vincentian Terrace Place hosts LaRoche University undergraduates, and Schenley Gardens partners with Chatham University graduate students. Students live rent-free or at a discounted rate while committing weekly hours to intergenerational programs with older adults.
