Vincentian offers full time employees a 10% discount on child care at our two locations. Details are available from the Director of Child Care at each facility. This valuable benefit is designed to assist employees in managing the costs associated with child care while they focus on their work responsibilities, knowing that their children are well cared for in a nurturing and educational environment.

ADP MyLife Advisor
A MyLife Advisor is dedicated to helping employees navigate anything that comes their way, in and outside of the office. Employees have access to real people ready to help with everything from navigating payroll questions to help enrolling a new dependent in benefits. Available Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 11:30 pm EST. Translation services are available.
Bonding Leave
Bonding Leave
Up to two weeks of paid bonding leave is available to qualified employees following the birth of a child or the placement of a child with an employee in connection with an adoption or foster care. The employee must have been employed for at least 12 months and worked at least 1250 hours during the 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date the leave would begin. VEEP Emergency Program
VEEP Emergency Program
VEEP – Vincentian Employee Emergency Program. The Employee Emergency Program is designed to provide limited financial assistance to eligible employees who are experiencing economic hardship due to certain emergency situations. Situations are short-term or temporary in nature and not chronic. Awards of up to $1000 are available to employees who have been approved. Awards are funded by donations and are subject to payout based on the availability of funds. Please see your People Operations and Engagement Specialist for additional details.

Wages On-Demand
Vincentian has partnered with ZayZoon to give employees their wages on-demand. Get up to $200 a day and transfer money instantly into your account of choice. On your next payday you are paid normally, minus the amount you accessed early. There may be a $5 payout fee, but the fee is waived if you receive your early payout via a gift card.

Vincentian Rise
Vincentian Rise is an 18-month leadership development and fellowship program that connects selected Vincentian employees with leaders across the organization. The program offers mentorship, coaching and experiences designed to develop leadership qualities. Vincentian Rise fellows are assigned projects, research and other responsibilities that help them learn about the operations of a large health care system.

Vincentian Tuition Reimbursement - Vincentian supports employee professional development through our Tuition Assistance program. This program is available to full time employees who have completed six months of employment with Vincentian. Reimbursement of up to $4,000 per year is available towards a degree related to any position that exists at Vincentian.
