VLEI is committed to building stronger, engaged, and informed communities through educational and recreational classes, and by providing opportunities for people to connect, share and grow. Support groups, informative sessions on senior care, parenting, health and wellness, CPR, and an ever-evolving list of subjects are available for you to pursue your interests and embrace personal growth. Our calendar has current offerings for community happenings, interesting speakers and events.
 

Support Groups

Building connections through shared experiences can help us to understand and validate our feelings as we take the steps needed as we progress on our journey. Support groups are offered on a variety of topics and serve as forums for participants to share feelings, ideas, coping strategies, or just take time to listen and be heard. Support groups meet regularly, and new participants are always welcomed.
