DESCRIPTION:Family Caregivers are invited to join experts and their fellow caregivers as Vincentian presents a full day of flexible programming\, with workshop offerings in both the morning and afternoon. Allow us to help you address a kaleidoscope of caregiver needs viewed through a wellness lens. \nWhen caring for a spouse\, older family member\, child\, friend\, or all of the above\, self-care can easily become the last priority. Join us for a variety of speakers and workshops\, including offerings from Age-Friendly Pittsburgh\, Anchorpoint Counseling\, and more. \nKeynote speaker Jennifer Antkowiak will share her Take Care Tips\, and lunch will be provided by the Unconventional Kitchen.  \nAbout Vincentian: Vincentian is a not-for-profit health care and human services organization that offers a continuum of care for more than 2\,000 seniors per year\, including independent living\, personal care\, memory care\, short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing. The system welcomes people of all faiths and backgrounds\, and was founded in the Catholic tradition in 1924. Care For the Family Caregiver is part of Vincentian’s Centennial Celebration of events.
