Benevolent Care Fund

It’s unique position in the community since 1924 of “Pittsburghers caring for Pittsburghers” is demonstrated by providing $8 million each year in benevolent care — which is the difference in the cost of care and residents’ ability to pay — so that no resident is asked to leave should their financial situation change while in our care.
